Following a strong independent run of releases over recent years, Lunar joins the Blah Records camp with an album that will leave his fans wondering why this move hadn’t happened sooner. Created during the first lockdown, Most High is overflowing with the same cutthroat humour and bar-heavy raps that first put Lunar C on the map.

Alongside Lunar at the helm, the album features an array of familiar names from Tipper Gang, his extended Blah family, and beyond—resulting in some of the most sweg-laden tracks you’ll hear all year. Appearances come from Antiheroes (Salar & Lee Scott), Black Josh, Stinkin Slumrok and Lee Scott, as well as regular collaborators P Solja and Lefty, plus further contributions from Jack Danz and Jehst.

The production lineup reads like a hall of fame: Jack Chard, Jack Danz, Molotov and Lunar C himself all deliver standout instrumentals. From the infectious bounce of “YMSRITB” and the haunting minimalism of “Rasputin,” to the melodic haze of “In the House” and the drumless free-flow of “Switch Up,” the album covers a wide sonic spectrum while keeping the bars front and centre.

Originally released digitally on 28 March 2022, Most High finally arrives on vinyl for the first time.
