After decades of requests, we have finally caved. Lee Scott will be visiting the land down under for the first time ever! It is also the return of Black Josh, who was last in the area in 2019.
Lee Scott has a new album that will only be available in physical form—and will initially only be available to purchase exclusively at his upcoming shows in the month of May.
A whole host of special guests will feature along the way. We have two extra stacked line-ups in London and Bristol, do not miss out!
Last week saw the release of the Blah debut for Lunar C. His album, Most High, sits nicely alongside his fellow label-mates, channeling the same sort of energy that you've come to expect from Blah related projects. And it's not surprising really, once you see the names involved with the making of the album. As well as production from the likes of Jack Danz, Jack Chard and Molotov, there are also guest verses from Lee Scott, Black Josh, Slummy and Antiheroes. Plus you've got features from Jehst, Lefty, P Solja and Jack Danz. Most High is out now on all the usual DSPs, including Bandcamp, which you can sample below. All other streaming and download options are also available here. Lunar is also heading out on tour to promote the album, performing shows in Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham, over the coming weeks.
We are pleased to bring you the first installment from the brand new Lunar C album, Most High. Having already built up a legacy of his own on the UK scene, we now welcome Lunar into the Blah ranks, with his latest solo album. This first video from Most High is for the title track, and features production from fellow friend of the Cult, Jack Danz. The video was made by Killmoney. The album is set for release on 31 March.
Still riding the wave of their recent album release, next month Black Josh and Milkavelli hit the road to bring the Swegasus live show to a venue near you. The tour is comprised of four dates, featuring some our favourite cities around the country - Manchester, Bristol, Brighton and London. The Manny show will see the duo taking over The Blues Kitchen on 6 April, while the Bristol chapter will reach legendary boat venue, Thekla, on 7 April. The following week they will touch down in Brighton at Patterns, with the London show rounding off the tour at Peckham Audio. As well as the two main stars of the show, the events will also feature support from Lee Scott, who produced Swegasus in full, as well as other soon-to-be-announced rap entities. Tickets are available now via our pals at SMB Live.
