Lunar C - Most High Album Release-Blah Records

Last week saw the release of the Blah debut for Lunar C. His album, Most High, sits nicely alongside his fellow label-mates, channeling the same sort of energy that you've come to expect from Blah related projects. And it's not surprising really, once you see the names involved with the making of the album.
As well as production from the likes of Jack Danz, Jack Chard and Molotov, there are also guest verses from Lee Scott, Black Josh, Slummy and Antiheroes. Plus you've got features from Jehst, Lefty, P Solja and Jack Danz. Most High is out now on all the usual DSPs, including Bandcamp, which you can sample below. All other streaming and download options are also available here.
Lunar is also heading out on tour to promote the album, performing shows in Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham, over the coming weeks.

Jam Baxter - Fetch the Poison (Pre-Order)

Jam Baxter - Fetch the Poison (Pre-Order)-Blah Records

We are pleased to kick off 2022 the right way, with news of the latest release from Jam Baxter. Following on from his official Blah debut last year, with the Sumgii-produced, Obscure Liqueurs, Baxter now returns with an album that sees him reuniting with the mighty Forest DLG - FKA Chemo - who was the twisted genius behind many of our protagonist's previous releases and who is at the helm for a lot of this latest venture.
Fetch the Poison was spawned in the midst of Baxter's Mexican lockdown experience, where he found himself on the side of sobriety after a state-wide alcohol ban, and decided to write an album. Don't let the lack of inebriation worry you though; all the hallmarks of his dark and dank writing style are still present and correct.
As well as Forest DLG's production contributions, there are also beats from Jack Danz, Wundrop, Dr Zygote and Lenkemz. This is all backed up by appearances from Nah Eeto, Black Josh, Jehst and Sammy B-Side, alongside features from Brazil’s NOG, Black Alien and Xamã.
The album is due for release at the end of February and is now available for pre-order on both vinyl and cassette, as well as pre-saves on your favourite digital streaming platforms. More information on all of that can be found here.
