Four years after the release of his last solo album, we are pleased to present the brand new single from Stinkin Slumrok. YEYEAYEA is the first taste of his forthcoming album, Stink-O-Vision, which is due for release in the not too distant future.
The album will feature full production from Lee Scott and Jack Chard, who have cooked up a batch of funk-drenched beats, as this latest track demonstrates. The video was made by Honey JD, with animation from Slim Parisoo. More news on the album coming soon.

This was supposed to be a post to coerce you all into securing your pre-orders for the new Cult of the Damned vinyl drop that we recently announced, but in typical cult fashion, they sold out before I could even write this. For those of you lucky enough to grab one of the limited edition releases of The Church Of - available in hypnodisc and traditional black vinyl - you have a future classic in the stash. For the rest of you, you will have to await the digital release, whenever that might be. Following on from the roaring success of Lee Scott's recent takeover at Jazz Cafe, we thought it only right to stoke up another night of mayhem with Part Deux (one for the 80's and 90's kids there). This time the event is taking place at another of our spiritual homes - Bristol - where Lee and his compadres will descend upon infamous local venue, Thekla, for another night of sweg drenched entertainment. We are very pleased to announce a forthcoming live show with the latest artist to join the Blah Records ranks. Jaydonclover is a singer and vocalist, hailing from Birmingham, who brings delicate harmonies and honest lyricism, to a blend of soulful and hip hop heavy beats.

To celebrate the full release of [gate clicks shut] by Lee Scott and Hyroglifics, we thought we would treat you lot to a visual triple bill of tracks from the album. Bonus Money, Simple Simonism and Tatooine Dreams are all featured in the video, along with some highly suitable animation from Josh Richardson. Following on from its accidental early release on Bandcamp, [gate clicks shut] is now available to stream and download from all the usual spots, as well as physicals and merch available over at the shop.

A brand new video for your viewing pleasure, taken from the Lee Scott and Hyroglifics album - [gate clicks shut]. Inner Ramblings sees Lee performing a one man posse cut, as he gives a platform to the multitude of voice vying for attention in his head. The video was made by Louis McKay, with VFX from This & That Media. The new album is out now exclusively on Bandcamp, as well as physical formats. Stay tuned for streaming options coming very soon.

A little earlier than expected due to a minor technical issue, the new album from Lee Scott and Hyroglifics is now available over on Bandcamp. The full digital release will be rolled out within the next 72 hours, but for now head over to Bandcamp and make the most of the (unplanned) exclusive download.

For those of you who aren't aware, [gate clicks shut] is produced in its entirety by Hyroglifics and features guest appearances from Bigg Jus, King Grubb, Black Josh, VAIKE PD, CLBRKS and BeTheGun, plus backing vocals from Lyza Jane.

Signed copies of the LP are also available via Bandcamp, with unsigned editions available over at the shop, as well as the cassette version.

As if you lot weren't already hyped enough about the forthcoming release of the new album from Lee Scott and Hyroglifics, we've now got pre-orders up for grabs, as well as a look at the artwork, packaging and accompanying [gate clicks shut] merch.

First up we have the limited edition vinyl, which comes with an 8 page lyric book to keep in line with the late-90's vibe that the album oozes with. Plus printed inner sleeves featuring artwork designed by Lee himself. Shipping dates will be around 18 August and you can find the pre-orders here.

There is also a cassette version of the album, which again features the full lyrics printed on the inlay card and a recycled pearl coloured tape. It's limited to 50 copies, making it a proper collector's edition. They are shipping immediately, with order info available here.

And finally we have the Lee Scott Cross Face all over print short sleeve shirt, which features the happy and sad cross faces from the artwork over woven rayon fabric, with added breast pocket sweg. Pre-orders for the shirts are available now.
