Lee Scott & Sly Moon - FDMB Album Launch-Blah Records

Two doses of good news for you right here, starting with the announcement that Lee Scott and Sly Moon have made an album together. Titled FDMB (Flipping Dough Making Bread), the album is the solid gold, funk-tinted odyssey that fans of the Blah OGs have been clamouring for for years.

The second piece of good news is that the album launch is a double-whammy, featuring two nights at venues in London and Bristol. In conjunction with our friends at Super Mega Bookings, we will be taking over Hackney Social on 24 November and then heading to Bristol to do the same at Basement 45 on 26 November.

Both shows are in intimate venues, with limited capacity so be quick on the tickets. Booking info for the Bristol show is available here and for the London show here.

Stay tuned for more news on FDMB coming soon.

Following on from the roaring success of Lee Scott's recent takeover at Jazz Cafe, we thought it only right to stoke up another night of mayhem with Part Deux (one for the 80's and 90's kids there). This time the event is taking place at another of our spiritual homes - Bristol - where Lee and his compadres will descend upon infamous local venue, Thekla, for another night of sweg drenched entertainment. This all takes place at the start of next month on 2 October, and tickets are available now via our good friends at Super Mega Bookings. Lee Scott & Friends Live at The Jazz Cafe

Lee Scott & Friends Live at The Jazz Cafe-Blah Records

Gigs. Remember them? These days, talking about live music is reminiscent of listening to our grandparents talk about the war, but hope is on the horizon as the UK's lockdown measures are eased off over the coming months. June is when concerts and festivals are set to start again, so with that in mind we thought it only right to reschedule - and reinvigorate - one of the live events we had planned.
So, on 17th July, Lee Scott will takeover the legendary Jazz Cafe venue in Camden for a night of Cult related music and debauchery, and he will be bringing with him some of the many talented people he calls his friends. Full details of the lineup are still being kept under wraps for now, but trust us when we say it will be oh so worth it, even without the fact it could be the first live event you've attended in well over a year.
Tickets for the cancelled double show we had lined up last November will still be valid and you can grab tickets for the new date via The Jazz Cafe.
